A solid hour of fun. Whether you’ve been dancing for the day or dancing for your lifetime, this class will keep your feet moving and heart pumping. We always start out with a warm up to get your heart rate going and to loosen up the muscles. Then we’ll move into the choreography to jam and sweat out the week. This is a chance to get together, to move, to laugh and just enjoy an hour away from everything. You don’t have to have a dance background to keep up. This is all about fun!
